We are a trailer factory inside a steel group. Hebei Jingye Special Automobile builds flatbed, container chassis, dropside, fence, tipper, dry van, steel coil and municipal vehicles on 200,000 m², across 7 production lines, at 100,000 units a year — using steel rolled by our parent group.
Most buyers cannot tell a real plant from a trading desk with a good website. So we do not ask you to take our word for it. Pick a time, and we will walk the line on camera — cutting, welding, painting, final assembly, and the trailers waiting in the yard with your competitor’s order number on them.
A full range of semi trailers and containers. Every spec you see on a product page is one we can actually build to.

Rated for a 30 t concentrated load — steel coils and mid-to-large machinery, not only evenly spread cargo.

Specified by lock count first: 4, 6, 8 or 12 twist locks to suit the boxes you are actually given.

Four stanchion types on one frame — removable, fold-down, welded fixed or split-opening.

A 1.6 m body on 180 mm stanchions, for cargo that fills the space before it reaches the axle limit.

A frame designed around the 43° discharge cycle rather than adapted to it.

A shorter, taller body that clears sticky material a long body will hold onto.

56.9 m³ from an internal 12.9 × 2.45 × 1.8 m, fully enclosed for the whole run.

A recessed well 0.8 m wide and 0.13 m deep, with anti-sway clamps for coils up to 1.9 m.

A 30 to 60 m mist cannon plus three further spray modes, on a battery-electric chassis.

33.2 m³ inside, 28,295 kg of payload, CSC plated.
Jingye Group is a Fortune Global 500 steel producer. Our plates come from inside the group, not from a spot market, which is why we can hold plate specification and delivery dates when steel prices move.
Hebei Jingye Special Automobile was founded in 2014 as the special vehicle arm of Jingye Group, a Fortune Global 500 steel producer. That parentage is the shortest explanation of how we work: the steel comes from inside the group, the plates are cut in our own plant, and the trailer leaves on our own line.
Design, engineering, fabrication, sales and after-sales all sit inside the same company. A specification change goes straight to the people who will cut and weld it — there is no partner factory in between.
Today the plant covers 200,000 m² with 7 production lines and an annual capacity of 100,000 units. More than 120,000 units have been built here.
The group’s steel business runs at ten-million-tonne scale, and this plant is the last link in that chain: steel deep-processing at one end, a finished special vehicle at the other. Working from our own high-strength steel is what lets us take weight out of a frame without giving up strength, so more of your gross weight is payload.
Battery-electric special vehicles are the direction the group is investing in now, and our battery-electric dust suppression truck comes out of that work.
We are not a trading company, and we do not resell other factories’ trailers under our name.
We would rather show you order sizes than logos. These are batch deliveries from our own records.

What these numbers really show is scheduling. An order in the hundreds is routine here — it gets planned into the line, not treated as an exception. See the delivery record →
