A standard 20 ft dry cargo container — 33.2 m³ inside, 28,295 kg of payload, welded from weathering steel and painted in-house.
Built as a container, not converted from one. This is a standard 20 ft dry cargo box: corrugated weathering-steel panels, a 28 mm floor and double doors across the full end. Outside it measures 6058 × 2438 × 2591 mm; inside you get 5898 × 2352 × 2393 mm, which is 33.2 m³.
The steel comes from inside the group. Panels are cut, formed and welded on our own line, and the boxes are painted before they leave it. Units are supplied with a CSC safety approval plate; the plate photographed below reads a maximum operating gross mass of 30,480 kg, an allowable stacking load of 216,000 kg at 1.8 g and a transverse racking test force of 150,000 newtons.
What you see here is new build, not refurbished stock. Tell us how you plan to load and move it and we will quote to that.
