We build flatbed semi trailers on our own line from group steel. Dealer terms, fleet quantities, lead times, and a live video tour before you commit to us.
We build flatbed semi trailers on our own line, from plate rolled inside the group. The standard platform is a three-axle 13 m deck rated for 30 t concentrated load. The second most common is a 12.4 m deck set up for containers.
Most of what leaves this yard leaves in fleets. That is what the quoting and the scheduling are built around: one specification in a run is straightforward, and a mixed batch gets planned in as a mixed batch — not squeezed in as a favour.

Price is rarely the first question a dealer asks. It is usually whether the factory will still be here in three years, whether the specification you were shown is the one that arrives, and what happens when something goes wrong at your end.
On the first two we can be concrete: we are the special-vehicle arm of a Fortune Global 500 steel group, and you can watch your own order being welded before you pay the balance.
The third one takes longer to answer than a paragraph allows. It is set out in full on the distributor page.
Lead time on a flatbed depends on the configuration, the quantity, and where your batch falls in the line schedule when you order. We quote it against the line for your order, so the date we give you is one we can hold.
Tell us the quantity and the destination port and we will come back with a schedule you can plan around.
Twenty minutes on camera usually settles whether you are dealing with a factory or a trading desk. Pick a time and we will walk the line — plate cutting, frame welding, painting, and whatever is standing in the yard.
