Three-axle side tipper with a 43° tipping angle and up to 33.3 t payload, built on plate rolled in our own mill.
Where side tippers actually break. On a bad haul road the frame cracks long before the body wears out. Our answer is not a claim, it is where the steel comes from: plate rolled inside Jingye Group, cut and welded in our own plant, on a frame designed around the 43° discharge cycle rather than adapted to it.
Cylinders. Standard load configuration is one pair of 120 mm five-stage cylinders plus four 110 mm four-stage cylinders. Overload and heavy-overload cylinder packages are specified to the actual duty — tell us the material density and the road, and we will size it.
