Built for point loads, not just tonnage. A flatbed only fails where the load concentrates. This one is rated for a 30 t concentrated load, which is what lets it carry steel coils and mid-to-large machinery rather than only evenly spread cargo.
What is under the deck. Main beam flanges are 6 mm top, 5 mm web and 8 mm bottom, tied by 8# W-section through members. The deck itself is 1.5 mm high-tensile plate. Suspension is four-leaf spring on 13 t axles, with aluminium rims as standard.
Where the steel comes from. Plate is rolled inside Jingye Group, our parent company. For you that means the plate specification on the drawing is the plate that gets cut, and it does not move when the steel market does.
