This page exists because four out of four buyer types we deal with ask the same thing first: is there really a factory behind this website. Here is ours, from the air and from the floor.
200,000 m² in Pingshan County, Shijiazhuang, Hebei. Seven production lines run in parallel, which is what lets us take a 200-unit order without pushing every other customer back a quarter.
Plate cutting, forming, welding, shot blasting, painting and assembly are all in-house. Below is the equipment as it stands on the floor — no stock photography.
Three short clips from the assembly hall: a pass down the line, fence trailers down the length of the bay, and wheels going on by hand. Below them, stills from the same building.
A new automated production line is being commissioned at our plant and will go into operation shortly.
Recognised as a Provincial Industrial Enterprise R&D Institution by Hebei Province, with 11 granted patents covering trailer frames, coil restraint, gooseneck racking, tarpaulin systems and axle tooling.
Pick a time zone that works and we will walk the line on camera with you. No sales deck, just the floor.
